Rosary Guilds - Answering a Rosary Makers call.

Lewis and Company and rosaryparts.com has had the privilege to serve Rosary Makers for almost 60 years. This is a special group of people dedicated to serving a higher calling. We know that many of our Rosary Makers have years of invaluable experience in this special craft. This is true whether you make Rosaries as a profession, vocation or hobby. However, there are many people who are just starting out in Rosary Making or trying to develop new techniques in their work. They often send us questions that could be better answered in a local setting. If you are part of a local Rosary Making Guild or Rosary Society in your church, and are willing to help others expand their Rosary Making talents, we would like to help put like minded people together. This would help foster a greater understanding, appreciation, and knowledge of the techniques, heritage and art of Rosary Making in both traditional and innovative work and build cooperation and sharing among Rosary Makers across the country. We are building a city and state list of Rosary Making Guilds/Societies so that people can contact each other. We will host the list on our ShrinetoMary.com prayer site. If you would like to participate in this effort to expand Rosary Making in your area, please email your contact information to the Rosary Guild Listing.

Military Rosaries – Answering a vital need of our troops.

 

Lewis and Company and rosaryparts.com have become aware of the need for rosaries for our troops overseas.  Hundreds of churches, rosary making groups and individuals are already making and sending rosaries to our servicemen and women. You, too, can be part of this worthwhile effort.  We have developed two inexpensive kits, made with the black parts that are requested for safety by the military. 

Military Cord Rosary Kit No. 73-T – makes 50 rosaries with beads, crucifixes and centerpieces

Military Knotted Cord Rosary Kit No. 74-R – makes 25 rosaries with knotted cord and crucifixes. 

Finished rosaries can be sent to: The Family Rosary, Attn: Rosary Donation Military, 518 Washington St., North Easton, MA 02356. They distribute them to our troops.
